The Smile Savings Plan offers affordable dental care for patients of Kalona Family Dental.
This in-house savings plan allows us to offer discounts directly to our patients. Dental insurance is expensive and often comes with limitations. Our Savings Plan has no deductible, no exclusions for pre-existing conditions, no waiting periods, no maximum coverage amounts and no fighting with the insurance company to pay your claim. Choose the plan that works best for you and your family. Then, schedule appointments for the included services within the next 12 months. Coverage begins on the day you register.

How do I save money?
The services included in the Smile Savings Plan are offered at a savings of more than $250 per person. In addition to saving on included services all other treatments are offered at a discount—even cosmetic treatments that are not typically covered by insurance.
What Services are Included?
The Smile Savings Plan includes the following services over a 12 month period at no additional charge:
- 1 comprehensive exam
- 1 annual exam
- 1 emergency exam
- 2 regular cleanings
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 1 set of bitewing or full mouth series x-rays
In addition to the included services listed above, the Smile Savings Plan offers the following discounts:
- $99 custom teeth whitening
- $199 custom night guard
- 20% discount on all services. *Invisalign is not included in discounted services.

To be eligible for the couples or family pricing, members must register at the same time. Unmarried children to age 19, and full-time students to age 23 may be included in your family plan.
