COVID-19 Guidelines

We are continuing to implement the COVID-19 prevention guidelines that we established in May. Please review the guidelines below and call our office with any questions. We appreciate your assistance as we continue to work towards reducing the spread of COVID-19.

-Everyone will be required to wear a face-covering while in the office – we will provide one if needed.

-You must wash or sanitize hands upon entering the office.

-You must remain 6′ away from others or wait in your car.

-Do not bring companions to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.

-All magazines, books, and toys have been removed from the waiting area.

-Patients will be asked health screening questions and have their temperature taken.

-Staff will wear masks and face shields during procedures.

-Patients should wash or sanitize hands before leaving the office.

-After leaving an appointment patients must report any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 that they may develop in the next 14 days to our office.
